What is proposed?

I CHERYL LUCY TONKIN give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of THE MOUNTS BAY INN, Churchtown, Mullion, Helston, Cornwall, TR12 7NH.
The application is to:
Supply Alcohol On or Off The Premises - Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:00.
Friday & Saturday 10:00 to 00;30 and Sunday 15:00 to 21:00.
Recorded Music - Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:00. Friday & Saturday 10:00 to 00:30 and Sunday 12:00 to 23:00.

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro, TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk. not later than 22nd December 2025.
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment.
Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk bysearching "List of current premises licence applications". Alternatively, telephone the Licesing Office on 10872 324210.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being 35000.
