What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT McDonald’s Restaurants Limited has applied to North Norfolk District Council on 10th November 2025 for a new premises licence for McDonald’s Restaurants, Holt Road, Fakenham, NR21 8JG. The proposed application is to permit the provision of late night refreshment for consumption on and off the premises on Mondays to Sundays from 23:00–00:00. If you wish to object to this application, written representations with full contact details should be made to the Licensing Authority at the address below:–
Licensing Section, North Norfolk District Council, Council Offices, Holt Road, Cromer, Norfolk, NR27 9EN.
Representations should be made by 8th December 2025. The application may be viewed during office hours at the above offices. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
