Notice of Application for a new Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to the: Licensing Team, Woking Borough Council, Civic Offices, Gloucester Square, Woking, Surrey GU21 6YL (01483 743831 or licensing@woking.gov.uk) being the relevant Licensing Authority for the grant of a premises licence as detailed below.
Name of applicant: Chawla Retail Ltd.
Address of the premises to which the application will apply: Budgens, 58-60 Westfield Road, Woking GU22 9NG.
Licensable activities applied for: The Sale of Alcohol by Retail (Off Sales): Monday – Sunday: 07:00 – 23:00.
Written representations in respect of the application must be received by the Licensing Authority (as detailed above) by 13/12/2025, being 28 days following the day the application was served on the relevant bodies.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and carries a maximum fine of £5000.
