What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary their premises licence at Co-op Welcome, 34-36 Faircross Parade, Longbridge Road, Barking IG11 8UW when sales of alcohol may take place for consumption off the premises from Mon-Sat 08:00-23:00, Sun 10:00-22:30 to Mon-Sun 06:00 to 23:00, to remove restrictions on Good Friday and Christmas Day and to remove and replace all current conditions. Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so in writing to Licensing Department, Regulatory Service, Barking Town Hall, 1 Clock House Avenue, Barking IG11 7LU Or by email to licensing@lbbd.gov.uk by 11 December 2025. The Application may be viewed during opening hours at Council Offices or www.lbbd.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
