15 Fore Street, Ivybridge- Application for a Premises Licence
What is proposed?
We, SW Catering Ltd, do hereby give notice that on 25 November 2025, we applied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council for a new Premises Licence at 15 Fore Street, Ivybridge, PL21 9AB
The application is for: - Opening times:- Monday to Sunday 07:30 – 23:30 (New Years Eve until 01:30) - Supply of alcohol on and off the premises Monday to Sunday from 07:30 to 23:00 (New Years Eve until 01:00)
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Department, South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, TQ9 5NE or by email to licensing@swdevon.gov.uk .
Representations must be received NO LATER than 23 December 2025.
A copy of the application can be viewed by request via e-mail or at the Licensing Authority’s address by appointment during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
