APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has
applied in respect of White Swan 29 Queen Street Market
Rasen LN8 3EN for an application to vary the premises
licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the
following:This is an application to extend the licensable
area shown on the submitted plan this to add the outside
area including the car park. Also changes to the internal
areas such as the repositioning of the bar and adding a
games room at the rear.To add an external bar with the
following conditions - The external bar servery will operate
for the sale and supply of alcohol until 23:00 Sunday –
Thursday and 00:00 Friday & Saturday; When the sale of
alcohol takes place within external area, regular checks of
the garden will include the removal of empty glasses and
bottles; Whenever the external area is used for licensable
activities, a sufficient number of staff members, which will
be determined on a risk assessed basis, will operate, monitor
and supervise the area for customer behavior and to monitor
noise levels; The garden bar will be supervised at all times
when in use; The garden bar will be inaccessible to
customers when not in use to ensure they do not have access
to any alcohol. There are no changes to the hours for
licensable activities. A redacted copy of the application may
be inspected at the offices of Licensing, West Lindsey
District Council, Guildhall, Marshall’s Yard, Gainsborough,
Lincolnshire DN21 2NA during normal office hours (by
appointment only). Any representations by other persons or
responsible authorities regarding the application must be
made in writing to Licensing at the above address or email
by 17 December 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
