What is proposed?
To whom it may concern: Mrs Cherry Tavoso is applying for the grant of a Premise Licence for: Fresco, 40 Northumberland Place, TQ14 8BU, Teignmouth.
The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take place: Supply of Alcohol Monday to Thursday 10:00hrs to 23:00hrs; Friday and Saturday 10:00 hrs to 23:30hrs; Sunday 10:00hrs to 22:00hrs -
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Section, Teignbridge District Council, Forde House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot TQ12 4XX or emailing licensing@teignbridge.gov.uk.
Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. The receipt of representations will be published with the appropriate Committee Agenda (if applicable).
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
