APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
St Peter’s & St Paul’s Marlborough Trust Ltd hereby gives notice that we have applied for the VARIATION for a Premises Licence in respect of the Sale by Retail of Alcohol as follows:–
Add remaining days of the week;
Monday – Thursday Timings 12.00 – 23.00
except Sunday 14.00 – 21.00.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Team, Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN, or by email to:

by no later than: 9th December 2025.

IT IS AN OFFENCE knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5,000 on summary conviction.
