What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 - PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE CERTIFICATE (under Sections 17 of the Act)

Application has been made for a premises licence to authorise the sale of alcohol within the onsite cafe, Bay and Grey. Beechwood Equestrian Centre Main Road, Rettendon Common, Chelmsford, Essex CM3 8EA. For consumption on the premises, 9.30am-10pm Monday to Sunday

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or any persons must be made in writing to Chelmsford Council Licensing or by email to licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk by 18th December 2025

Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a fine.

The full application can be arranged for viewing with the licensing department upon request.
