Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
I/We, BURRETT HOSPITALITY LTD hereby make application for a new Premises Licence in respect of Furgus, 103 Broadway, Leigh-On-Sea SS9 1PG. The application is to authorise:
The sale of alcohol – Sun-Thurs 11:00–23:00, Fri & Sat 11:00–00:00, Late night Refreshment and Recorded Music Fri & Sat 23:00–00:00.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea City Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 12/12/2025. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea City Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk
A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council’s office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. Or viewed on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
