What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that: Sarangbang LTD (Trading as Sarangbang Korean Food Cafe) has applied for a Premises Licence for the premises at: 129-131 Mansfield Road, Nottingham, NG1 3FQ

The application is for the following licensable activities and hours: Sale of Alcohol (for consumption on the premises) Tuesday - Saturday: 12:00 - 15:00 and 17:00 - 22:00

A record of the application is available for inspection at: The Licensing Office, Communities, Environment & Resident Services Tamar Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH

Representations concerning this application must be made in writing by: 20 December 2025

Representations must relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives:

• The prevention of crime and disorder

• Public safety

• The prevention of public nuisance

• The protection of children from harm

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.

A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine: £5,000.
