LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34
Notice is hereby given that on the 19th November 2025 Valiant Asset Company 1 Limited applied to Hinckley and Bosworth Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises The Railway, Hinckley, Station Road, Leicester, LE10 1AP. The proposed variation is ;- All licensable activities to commence at 08:00 (from 10:00) (including any seasonal hours) Monday to Sunday. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Licensing, Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council, Hinckley Hub, Rugby Road, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 0FR or by email to: esadmin@ hinckley-bosworth.gov.uk no later than the 17th December 2025 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Hinckley and Bosworth Council the record of the application may be inspected by contacting the Licensing Authority. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
