APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that ADMIRAL TAVERNS LIMITED has applied to Rushmoor Borough Council to vary a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Hawley Arms, 51 Churchill Crescent, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 8EL.
The proposed variation is for the following: The proposed variation has been submitted to request the extension of permitted hours for licensable activities on Friday, Saturday until 00:00 and Sunday evenings until 23:00 (Monday- Thursday to remain as permitted). in order to bring the current permitted non standard timings and seasonal variation permissions into line with the requested changes to the premises licence they shall be amended as follows:- The sale by retail of alcohol and the provision of regulated entertainment by way of live and recorded music:- TO INCLUDE THE STANDARD HOURS PLUS ONE EXTRA HOUR FOR: ALL BANK HOLIDAYS; CHRISTMAS EVE & CHRISTMAS DAY; BOXING DAY; NEW YEAR’S DAY; ADDITIONAL HOUR TO THE STANDARD AND NONSTANDARD TIMES ON THE DAY WHEN BRITISH SUMMERTIME COMMENCES. FROM THE START OF STANDARD TIMING ON NEW YEARS EVE TO THE START OF STANDARD TIMING ON NEW YEARS DAY.
