What is proposed?
Notice of Application for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that I, Mario Sabljakovic have applied on 19/11/25 to the Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of the premises known as 7 ST. MATTHEWS TERRACE, STOCKPORT, SK3 9EY.
The application is to permit the sale of alcohol by retail (off the premises), with the ability for customers to place orders exclusively online.
The premises are not open to the public for visits, collection, or consumption of alcohol.
All physical activities associated with the licence, including the packaging and dispatch of alcohol by courier, will be strictly restricted to the hours of 08:00 to 21:00, Monday to Sunday.
Anyone wishing to make representations about this application must do so in writing by 17/12/25 to The Licensing Officer (2003)
