NOTICE is hereby given that I Ali Razizi Applied on the 19th of November to Stockport Council in respect of the premises known as: 76 Buxton Road Stockport SK2 6PL

Under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide:

The retail off sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday from 07:30 to 23:30 Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: Environmental Health & Trading Standards Fred Perry House Edward St Stockport SK1 3XE.

Not later than 17th December 2025 28 days after the application was made to the licensing authority, starting on the day after the day the application was made.

A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by Environmental Health & Trading Standards Fred Perry House Edward St Stockport SK1 3XE.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale
