What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Karthikajini Poopalachandran has applied to Surrey Heath Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Favourite Chicken 14A Park Street Camberley, GU15 3PL

The application is to permit the provision of late night refreshment during the following hours:

• Monday: 11:00 to 23:00

• Tuesday: 11:00 to 23:00

• Wednesday: 11:00 to 23:00

• Thursday: 11:00 to 02:00

• Friday: 11:00 to 02:00

• Saturday: 11:00 to 02:0

• Sunday: 12:00 to 23:00

Any person wishing to make a representation about this application must do so in writing by 18 December 2025, to: Licensing Manager Surrey Heath Borough Council Surrey Heath House, Knoll Road Camberley, GU15 3HD.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine upon conviction is £5,000.

A copy of the application can be viewed on the Council's website or at Surrey Heath House between 9am and 5pm.
