What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A FULL VARIATION LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is hereby given that we Macclesfield Amateur Dramatic Society have applied on 12th November 2025 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as MADS Theatre, Lord Street, Macclesfield, SK11 6SY.

For a full variation to vary the following licensable activities:

Supply of Alcohol - Monday - Wednesday - 16:00 - 00:00,
Thursday - Friday - 16:00 - 01:00, Saturday - 12:00 - 01:00,
Sunday - 12:00 - 00:00

Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 10th December 2025.

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.
