APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENSE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

CHIU MEI WANG Is applying for the grant of a New Premises License at: MAYS LOUNGE. 40-42 ST MARYS ROW, MOSELEY, BIRMINGHAM, B13 8JT. If granted the application will allow: SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL ON PREMISES. Sunday to Thursday from 10:00hrs to 23:00hrs. Friday to Saturday from 10:00hrs to 00:00hrs. REGULATED ENTERTAINMENT. Monday to Sunday from 10:00hrs to 23:00hrs. Any person wishing to view the application can do so by appointment with the Licensing Section. Any person who wishes to make representation must do so by writing to: General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement. P.O. Box 17831. Birmingham, B2 2HJ.

Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on Tuesday 16th December 2025. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
