If granted, the licence will permit the following activity:

Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises during the following hours:

Monday - Saturday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Sunday: 10:00am - 2:00pm

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum penalty on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
