APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Meli Greek Coffee Shop & Restaurant Ltd to Lincoln City Council in respect of premises known as Meli Greek Coffee Shop & Restaurant, 27 Newland, Lincoln, LN1 1XP.

The licensable activities, which it is proposed to carry on at the premises, is the supply of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises and late night refreshment from 0800 to 2300hrs daily.

The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, City of Lincoln Council, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln LN1 1DB, during normal office hours.

Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Lincoln City Council at the above address by midnight 16/12/25.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
