NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Farm Fetch Limited of 259 Kings Road London SW3 5EL has applied ·10 the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for the VARIATION of a premises licence to: increase the hours for the sale of alcohol both on and off the premises from 08:00 to 24:00 hours Monday to Sunday, and Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 to 24:00 hours Monday to Sunday.
A register of licensing applications is held by the Licensing Authority and can be inspected at http://www.rbkc.gov.uk/licensing or at Licensing Team, 37 Pembroke Road, London, W8 6PW, by appointment with the Licensing Team between 1 0am and 4pm Monday to Friday. Any person wishing to submit representations to my/our application must give notice in writing to Licensing Authority address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 15/12/2025.

The Council will not entertain representations where the writer re-quests that his identity remains anonymous.
Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Sub:-Committes_and will therefore pass into the public domain.
Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. In the case of an application for a provisional statement, please note that representations will be restricted once a statement has been issued.
It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
