LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

Application Reference: birmingham-1706790 Name of Applicant: McDonald's Restaurants Ltd

Premises Address: McDonald's, 727 Bristol Rd S, Northfield, Birmingham, B31 2NG.

Notice is given that the above-named applicant has applied to Birmingham City Council for a variation of the premises licence.

Proposed Variation: To extend the permitted hours for late-night refreshment and the opening hours of the premises from 12:00am until 02:00 hours daily.

Any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Department, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ or by email to licensingonline@birmingham.gov.uk no later than 21st December 2025.

Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

A record of the application may be inspected on the Council's website or at the Licensing Office, Licensing Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for a licence, for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5,000.
