What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT. HAMAD RAZA NASRAT has applied to the London Borough of Hillingdon for a New Premises Licence for:-

1: Late night refreshments

2: Provision of recorded music

3: Provision of anything of a similar description to live or recorded music

Monday - Thursday 08:00 am - 01:00 am FRIDAY

SATURDAY SUNDAY 08:00 am - 02:00am

For the following premises: Karak Chaii Hillingdon 2 NEW BROADWAY , UXBRIDGE ROAD, HILLINGDON UB10 0LH

Details of the application can be viewed on the council's website www.hillingdon.gov.uk or by contacting the Licensing Service on 01895 277433.

Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of the application must notify the Licensing Service, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, UB8 1UW in writing by 18th December 2025

Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and any person found guilty of this offence is liable upon conviction to a fine

Copies of representations are sent to the applicant and the original letters are kept on file, which is open to scrutiny by members of the public, press and/or the broadcasting media. Persons making representations in respect of the grant of a licence must be prepared to attend in person at a hearing before a committee of the Council.
