Licensing Act 2003 - Application for Variation of Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Lemon Pizza Ltd, trading as Lemon Charcoal Kebab, has applied to the Licensing Authority at Rochdale Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises at Ground Floor, 65 Market Street, Heywood, OL10 1HZ.

The application is to allow the following licensable activity:

Late Night Refreshment (food only, no alcohol sales)

Proposed Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 15:00 - 23:00
Friday to Sunday: 15:00 - 01:00

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing to:

The Licensing Unit, Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale, OL16 1XU

Representations must be made within 28 consecutive days of the date of this notice.

A copy of the application may be viewed at the above address Monday-Friday between 9am- 11am or 2pm-4pm, except bank holidays.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
