Fitzroy Street - Application To Vary The Premises Licence

What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Whitbread Group PLC to the Licensing Authority of Cambridge City Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Premier Inn Grafton Centre, Fitzroy Street, Cambridge. CB1 1BT.

The application includes the following terms:-

1. Variation to change the internal layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should do so in writing by 15th December 2025 to: Commercial & Licensing Team, Environmental Services, Cambridge City Council, PO Box 700, Cambridge, CB1 0JH.

All representations will be published in full, unless you advise that you wish your personal data to be removed prior to publication on the Cambridge City Council website.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.

The maximum fine for which on summary conviction is Unlimited.
