What is proposed?

Notice of Application to vary a Premises Licence - Licensing Act 2003

G.S. COLDSTORAGE & WAREHOUSING LIMITED have applied to Manchester City Council for a Premises Licence Variation for EVA, 27 Sackville Street, Manchester M1 3LZ.

The proposed variation is to extend licensable activities sale of alcohol, Late night refreshment & Regulated entertainment to 05:00 and hours open to the public to 05:30 Sunday to Thursday. To remove annex 3 conditions 9,10 & 11.

Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 18/12/2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
