What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 Application for a Variation of a Premises Licence (s.34)

Openshaw Mini Market, 1302 Ashton Old Rd, Openshaw, Manchester, M11 1JG I, Saadia Hussain have submitted the above application on 12.11.25 to Manchester City Licensing Authority
to apply for the following variation(s):-

1. To increase the Sale of Alcohol (for consumption off the premises) and the hours of opening from 00.00-00.00 Sun-Sat.

2. To add conditions to the licence. 3.Make a change to the internal layout of the premises.

The licensing register is kept at the above address and available at www.manchester.gov.uk. to inspect the application may do so by contacting the above.
