Applications can be viewed at the Licensing Office, Sir Robert Peacock House, Vulcan St, Oldham, OL1 4LA by appointment, or via public register at www.oldham.gov.uk/licensing. It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
