What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Insomnia Cookies (UK) Limited to the Licensing Authority of Newcastle City Council for the grant of a new Premises Licence for the Insomnia Cookies, 52 Newgate Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 5RQ. The application includes the following terms:

1. To permit the provision of late refreshment both indoors and outdoors between 23:00hr and 05:00hrs daily.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application for variation must give notice in writing to: Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH

Representations must be received by 11th December 2025.

The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk/

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.

The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
