What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Mr D Takleh has applied to St Helens Council Licensing Authority to vary the premises licence at L’Amore Pizza, 25 Westfield Street, St Helens WA10 1QA to allow alcohol sales (consumption off the premises - deliveries only) Mon- Thurs 16:00-01:30 hrs, Fri-Sun 16:00-03:00 hrs. Representations can be submitted by 5/12/25 on the Council’s website https://publicaccess.sthelens.gov.uk/online-applications/search.do?action=simple&searchType=LicencingApplication

It is an offence under s158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is unlimited.
