NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Popeyes, Unit 3a, Proctor End, Gateway, Reading RG2 0GG

Notice is given that PLK CHICKEN UK LIMITED has applied to Reading BC for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The Licensable activities are: Late Night Refreshment only on and off daily 2300 to 0500.

The Licensing Register, and full details of this application can be viewed at Civic Offices, Bridge St, Reading RG1 2LU between the hours of 9.00am and 5pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment. Call 0118 9373762 or email licensing@reading.gov.uk. No written representations will have personal details removed unless the licensing authority deems it appropriate to do so. Any request for personal details to be removed should be notified to the Licensing Authority at the time of making the representation. Interested parties or responsible authorities can make representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 10 December 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
