What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Mahmut Engin to South Kesteven District Council in respect of premises known as Park & Co Store, 5 Castle Street, Stamford PE9 2RA. The licensable activities, which it is
proposed to carry on at the premises, is the sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises from
0630hrs to 0l00hrs the day following a Sunday to Thursday and to 0230hrs the day following a Friday and Saturday.
The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, South Kesteven District Council, St Peter’s Hill. Grantham NG31 6PZ, during normal office hours, or online at
southkesteven.gov.uk. Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the
application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, South Kesteven District Council at the above address by midnight 16/12/25.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or
