NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that We Muztard Ltd have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: Muztard Social Kitchen 25 – 26 Silver Street, Durham, DH1 3RD for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:- Sale of Alcohol 12:00 until 23:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive On & Off Sales.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 10th December 2025 and sent to:- Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 274, Stanley, DH8 1HG alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
