What is proposed?

We, Lucy-Jayne Culkin and Mark Goodey, do hereby give notice that on 20 November 2025, we applied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council for a new Premises Licence at 62 Fore Street, Salcombe, TQ8 8ET.  
The application is for: -  Opening hours and supply of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 22:00.  
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Department, South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, TQ9 5NE or by email to licensing@swdevon.gov.uk .  
Representations must be received NO LATER than 18 December 2025.  
A copy of the application can be viewed by e-mail request or at the Licensing Authority’s address by appointment during normal office hours.  
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
