ADUR & WORTHING COUNCIL LICENSING ACT 2003: PUBLIC NOTICE FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

I/We THE SUSHI CO (WORTHING) LTD do hereby give notice that I/we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Adur & Worthing Council for a New Premises Licence at 8 South Street, Worthing West, BN11 3AA and known as The Sushi Co. The application is the retail supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises on Monday - Sunday from 11:00 until 22:00.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing The Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils, Worthing Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA not later than 8th December 2025.

Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING A copy of the application can be viewed on the council's website at: http://www.adur-worthing.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
