I Peter Wynn Jones do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Denbighshire County Council) for the grant of our Premises Licence at, Smithy, Rear of 1 Prior Street, Ruthin, LL15 1LT known as The Hide.

The application is to: Offer the Sale of Alcohol for Consumption on the Premises Only, Monday -Sunday 12:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs with the non-standard timings on Christmas Day - 12:00 hrs - 17:00 hrs and New Year's Eve - 12:00 hrs - 00:30 hrs.

The full application can be inspected by contacting Denbighshire County Council Licensing Authority. Representations can be made between 13th November 2025 to 10th December 2025. Representations received after this date will not be considered.
