APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that St Austell Brewery Co Limited has applied in respect of Copley Arms, Hessenford, Torpoint, PL11 3HJ for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This is an application to extend the licensable area shown on the submitted plans, drawing numbers, 1410-L1, L2, L3 & L4 this is to include all hotel rooms for the use of mini bars and to extend the decking into the beer garden.
All conditions, hours and activities currently permitted by the licence are to remain unchanged. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make repres entations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 15 December 2025.

Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 01872 324210. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
