What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Chopstix Restaurant Limited to the Licensing Authority of Cardiff Council (www.cardiff.gov.uk) for a Premises Licence for Chopstix at 20 Queen Street, Cardiff, CF10 2BU.

The application includes the following terms:

1. To permit late night refreshment between 23:00 and 04:00 the following mornings Mondays to Sundays.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at Licensing, Cardiff Council, County Hall, Cardiff CF10 4UW between 09:00 and 16:00 (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via email to licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by 10 December 2025

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.

The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
