What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Insomnia Cookies UK Limited to the Licensing Authority of Liverpool City Council for a Premises Licence for Insomnia Cookies, 2-4 Slater Street & 69 Wood Street, Liverpool, L1 4BS.

The application includes the following terms:

1. To enable late night refreshment between 23:00 and 05:00 the following mornings Mondays to Sundays.

You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it at liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, or ring 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application.

Representation can also be made by post to Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.

Representations must be received no later than 10 December 2025

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
