PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003

We, Mr I Exley and Mr A Clark
Do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Rother District Council for the grant of a premises licence certificate for:
Black Barn, The Nursery, Old Harborough, Guestling Thorn, Hastings, East Sussex, TN3
and known as:
The Black Barn at Harborough Nurseries
The application is to:- Use the Black Barn at Harborough Nurseries for the purpose of selling beer produced in the Brewery directly to the public for consumption both on and off site. The licence applied for will enable the premises to sell alcohol to the public between the hours of 3pm & 7pm from Thursday to Sunday each week inclusive with an extension in opening hours from 1pm to 8pm on Saturdays only. There is no proposal to licence any other activities that may cause nuisance at the site such as playing music, live entertainment, plays or other such performances.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
