LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

We Saffron Kitchen Stratford Limited have applied to NEWHAM COUNCIL for a premises licence for: 341-353 High Street, Stratford, E15 4QZ. So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours: Sun- Thurs 9:00-00:00 Fri-Sat 9:00-02:00 24th/25th/26th/31st December: 9:00-02:00 Eid Ul Fitr/Adha/Ramadan: 9:00-02:00 Diwali: 9am-02:00. Provision of late night refreshment. Exhibition of films. Performance of live music. Playing of recorded music. Facilities for making music. Performance of a dance. Facilities for dancing. Entertainment of a similar description to that falling within above.

Newham Council's Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Team, Town Hall, 328 Barking Road, East Ham, E6 2RT (open from 10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday), 020 3373 1925, where details of the application may be inspected. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 5th December 2025. Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils' Licensing Sub-Committee.
