What is proposed?

Does hereby give notice that on 06 November 2025 served application on the Licensing Authority, Adur District Council, and the relevant authorities for a new premises licence for a cafe known as: 'Wolf on East' 31-32 East St, Shoreham-by-Sea, BN43 5ZD

The application is to allow the following Licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption 'On & Off' the premises.

The application seeks to allow Licensable activities to be conducted between the hours of: 11:00hrs to 23:00hrs Monday - Saturday 11:00hrs to 21:00hrs Sunday Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to: The Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils, Worthing Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA.

Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than: 04 December 2025 The application may be viewed, in full, at the above offices between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday or details found at: https://www.adur-worthing.gov.uk/licensing-consultations/licensing-act-2003/#applications-adur Information as to the date of any hearing required to determine the application may be obtained from the Adur & Worthing Councils' Licensing Unit.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000
