TO : WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I/We Tops Pizza Limited do hereby give notice that it is my/our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the variation of a premises licence in respect of the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises known as Tops Pizza, 6 York Place, Brighton, BN1 4GU, or the activities will be carried on, or from which the premises will be proposed to be operated, on the following days and times: Thursday: 23:00 hours until 02:00 hours, Friday to Saturday: 23:00 hours until 05:00 hours, and the removal of conditions to: Sunday to Thursday: 12:00 noon until 00:15, Friday to Saturday: 12:00 noon until 02:00.

Any person who wishes to make representations in relation to the variation, should send to EHL.Licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Health and Safety Licensing Team, Brighton & Hove City Council, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP giving in detail the grounds of their representation no later than 28 days after the date of this notice. A record of the details of the application, the variation and the premises licence under the above can be viewed on our website at www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for such an offence on summary conviction is unlimited.
