Notice is hereby given that Symmetry Cafe Limited has applied in respect of Symmetry, 2 Montrose House, Eld Lane, Colchester CO1 1LS for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Supply of alcohol: Tuesday to Sunday: 8:00 to 23:00. Opening hours: Tuesday to Wednesday 08:00 to 17:00, Thursday to Saturday 08:00 to 21:00, Sunday 09:00 to 16:00

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 16/12/2025, to licensing.team@colchester.gov.uk or to the Licensing Authority, Colchester City Council, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of Licensing applications can be inspected by prior appointment between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday at the Council's offices at 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
