What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

PREMISES Feds Fried Chicken, 28 Grey Street, Newcastle NE1 6AE

Notice is given that Feds Newcastle Limited applied to Newcastle City Council on 12th November 2025.

For a Premises Licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:

- Films and recorded music:- 08:00 to 00:00 hrs daily.

Late night refreshment:- 23:00 to 00:30 hrs daily.

Supply of alcohol:- 09:00 to 00:00 hrs daily.

Seasonal variations and non-standard timings apply as set out in the application.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH

Representations must be received by 10th December 2025.

The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.u

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
