What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Napoleon HL Ltd has applied to Manchester City Council for a variation to the premises licence for Napoleons, 35 Bloom Street, Manchester M1 3LY as follows: To remove condition 13 of annex 2; to amend condition 14 of annex 2; to remove and replace conditions 15 and 16 of annex 2; and to remove and replace condition 39 of annex 2 – regarding karaoke bookings; pub and club network meetings; searches; and access to the premises for persons under the age of 18. Full details of the application may be inspected by appointment only by contacting Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or premises. licensing@manchester.gov.uk Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 12 December 2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
