NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Napoleon HL Ltd has applied to Manchester City Council for a variation to the premises licence for Napoleons, 35 Bloom Street, Manchester M1 3LY as follows: To remove condition 13 of annex 2; to amend condition 14 of annex 2; to remove and replace conditions 15 and 16 of annex 2; and to remove and replace condition 39 of annex 2 – regarding karaoke bookings; pub and club network meetings; searches; and access to the premises for persons under the age of 18.
