Application for Variation of Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003
Aston Villa Football Club Ltd has applied to the Licensing Authority, Birmingham City Council, for variation to the premises licence for Aston Villa Football Club, Villa Park, Trinity Road, Aston, Birmingham B6 6HE to vary the layout of the premises in accordance with the application and plans deposited with the Licensing Authority, namely The Warehouse, formerly known as Football Academy, and Trinity Stand Level 4, and to vary licensable hours for The Warehouse from 1000 to 0400. You may inspect the application at the Licensing Authority address above, email licensing@birmingham.gov.uk to check arrangements. Under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence, liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in or in connection with an application.
