NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
A Place Called Common Limited has applied to Manchester City Council for a premises licence for Nell’s, Unit 13 Sheffield Street, Manchester M1 2ND as follows: To permit the sale of alcohol between the hours of 10:00 and midnight daily with the opening hours of the same. To include the provision of Late- Night Refreshment between the hours of 23:00 and midnight daily. Full details of the application may be inspected by appointment only by contacting Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or premises.licensing@ manchester.gov.uk Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 09 December 2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
