What is proposed?

Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence Section 17, Licensing Act 2003

I Marie Tindall hereby give notice that I have applied on 06 November to Havant Borough Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: JJs Taproom, 25 South Street, Emsworth, PO10 7EG. The application is to enable: The sale of alcohol between the hours of 09:00 and 23:00 Monday to Saturday and 10:00 and 21:00 on Sundays. Regulated entertainment, namely Live music, between the hours of 09:00 and 23:00 Monday to Saturdays (as specified in the application).
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
Any responsible authority of interested party wishing to make representations on this matter submit those representations to: Licensing Department, Havant Borough Council, Public Service Plaza, Civic Centre Road, Havant, Hampshire PO9 2AX by 04 December 2025.
