Does hereby give notice that on 10 November 2025 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council and the relevant authorities for a new premises licence for a proposed new restaurant & cocktail bar to be known as:‘Tern Restaurant’
39 Warwick Street, Worthing, BN11 3DQ
The application is to allow the Licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption ‘On & Off’ the premises, The provision of late-night refreshment The application seeks to allow Licensable activities to be conducted:
12:30hrs to 00:00hrs (midnight) Monday – Saturday 10:30hrs to 00:00hrs (midnight) Sunday
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to: The Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils, Worthing Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000
